  1. Take HWY 171 or HWY 249 to the Carterville Exit. 

  2. Turn Northwest onto the overpass.

  3. Turn Northeast onto North Outer Road West (Gravel Road). 

  4. C3 is 3/4 of a mile down North Outer Road West (Gravel Road).
