Robin Sigars - Senior Pastor

Robin is married to Jayme and together they have 7 children (though at times it has felt like 330): Candace Baker (Jared), Courtney Cott (Kevin), Cassidy, Caleb, Kally Hatcher (Zach), Collin (Kelsey), & Jake (Ashley). Robin loves to fly fish, golf, go to St. Louis Cardinals and WC Cardinals games, and of course preach the Word of God. Robin travels and speaks for conventions, conferences, and revivals, along with the duties of leading C3. 

 

Matt Harenza - Executive Pastor

Matt joined the C3 team back in 2009. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Theresa. They have a grown daughter, Jessica and a son and daughter-in-law, Jeremiah and Jenny who have made Matt and Theresa first-time grandparents with their son, Ivan! Matt has been involved in church leadership and ministry for over 25 years. The people of the church are Matt’s passion. Matt's other passions include BBQ (he's a Kansas City BBQ Society Certified Judge) and hunting.

 

Johnny Templeton - Connections Pastor

Johnny was born and raised in Webb City, MO. He is a 2008 graduate of Missouri Southern State University with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology. He joined the staff at C3 on Easter Sunday of 2013. Johnny is married to his wife Arlie and they have two children, Olive and Titus. Johnny is a huge sports fan and avid BBQ enthusiast. He is excited to see how God will continue to move in and through the people of C3! 

 

Stacey Spikereit - Family Pastor

Stacey has been married to Damien for over 20 years. They have four children and a fun, fluffy dog named Beckham (his name communicates the Spikereits love for soccer). Her days are full with managing family and ministry. She loves to watch her kids in their sporting events, going for long walks, and has continual home projects on her to-do list. Stacey is passionate about ministering to the families of C3. She wants each child, student, and parent to know and experience the love of Jesus. 


Jon-Michael Bontrager - Worship Pastor

Jon-Michael joined the C3 staff as an intern in August of 2012. He graduated from Ozark Christian College in May of 2013, and was hired full time in June of 2013. He and his wife Rachel met at OCC in 2009, and were married in 2012. Together they have two boys, Will and Lewie. They are extremely excited to serve God at C3 and can't wait to see what awesome things He has in store. 

 

 

Keith Bell - Creative Arts Pastor

Keith has been married to his high school sweetheart, Lindsey, since 2004. They have two boys, Rylan and Caden. Keith graduated from Ozark Christian College with a Bachelor of Biblical Literature in 2008. He was ordained in 2008 at his home church in Miami, OK and has been serving the Lord at Carterville ever since. Keith loves anything technical and has a passion for playing the game of baseball. He also enjoys boating, camping and playing the drums.

 

Keith Golubski - Outreach & First Impressions Pastor

Keith married his wife, Alane, shortly after graduating from St. Louis Christian College in 2005. They have three daughters, Mikaela, Emma and Myah. Keith joined the staff full time at C3 in May of 2017. Keith enjoys spending time with his family, watching football, food, and pretty much anything outdoors.  He loves to see how God moves in peoples’ lives and is excited to see what else God does in lives at C3.

 

Austin Weece - Youth Pastor

Austin joined the Carterville Christian Church ministry team in May of 2011, while attending Ozark Christian College. Austin both graduated from Ozark Christian College and married his wife, Melea, in May of 2012. They now have two daughters, Sadie and Olivia. Austin enjoys spending time with his family, Oklahoma State Sports, Coldplay, Lord of the Rings, and Chick Fil A. He is excited to see the continued growth of students and how God continues to move through them at C3. 

 

Jordan Woodring - Associate Youth Pastor

Jordan joined the C3 ministry team in August 2011 while attending Ozark Christian College. Jordan graduated from Ozark in May of 2013 and began working with C3 full time. She is passionate about children and youth, and is excited to serve them at Carterville Christian Church.

 

 

Sammi Shultz - Associate Children's Pastor

Sammi started as a volunteer at C3, was an intern for the Children’s Ministry team Spring of 2014, and joined the Children’s Ministry team in September of 2014. Sammi is married to her husband Christian, both graduates of Ozark Christian College. She enjoys taking care of her home, sonic drinks, playing sports and looking after Batman (her cat). Sammi is passionate about children and preteens and is excited to serve them and show them Jesus at C3.

 

Miranda Browning - Children's Ministry Assistant

Miranda is married to her high school sweetheart, Caleb. Together they have four boys, Caden, Sylas, Greyson & Zane.  They have been a part of Carterville Christian Church since 2004. Miranda joined the staff in the Spring of 2009 and she loves being a part of the Children’s Ministry Team.  When Miranda is not busy enjoying one of the boys many sporting events she likes to...well, never mind, that is all she does.

 

Josh Sargent - IT Director

C3 attendee since 2010. C3 volunteer since 2010. Accidental I.T. person in the past. Intentional I.T. person now. Dreamer. Storyteller. Daddy to a beautiful girl named Hannah. Best friend to a beautiful boxer named Banjo. Lover of fishing, camping, reading, howling at the moon and occasional time travel. 

 

 

Sarah Jordan - Office Manager

Sarah has been a part of the Carterville Christian Church family since high school, and joined the staff in 2003 while a student at Ozark Christian College. Sarah graduated from OCC in 2007 and was thankful to continue her ministry at C3. Sarah is married to Phillip, and they have four children, Madelynn, Connor, Emmitt and Griffin. She enjoys assisting the ministry team at C3, cooking and spending time with family. 

 

Timothy Lear - Facilities Manager

Tim was born and raised in South Central Pennsylvania. He moved to Webb City, Missouri in July 2015, and is happy to be a part of the C3 Team. He is married to his wife, Cate. They have two daughters: Arlie and Angie, and four grandchildren: Olive, Titus, Mara, and Gabe. Tim loves to play golf and spend time with his family. 

 

 

Christina Wilson - Office Administrator

Christina started attending C3 in early 2015 and began serving almost immediately with the First Impressions Team. She leads a women's life group and loves to help guide women through the struggles of life. She's passionate about her faith, family, and fitness. Christina has two daughters, Jayden and Jasmyn, and resides in Webb City. You will find her at one of the many activities her girls are involved in. 

 

 

Kelly Huff - Office Administrator

Kelly moved to Joplin from Fayette, Missouri to attend Ozark Christian College in 2012, and started attending C3 and serving with C3 College Age. She interned as the College Age and Outreach Assistant in 2016, and after graduating from Ozark Christian College in 2017, she joined the team as the Connections and Outreach Assistant. She also serves on the worship team and enjoys being a part of everything going on at C3. Kelly and her husband, Logan, love the outdoors, music, and their puppy, Koba. 

 

Rachel Bontrager - Office Administrator

Rachel moved to Joplin from St. Louis to attend Ozark Christian College in 2007. She met her husband, Jon-Michael, at OCC and they have been married since 2012. They have two boys, Will and Lewie. She started working part-time at C3 in the spring of 2017. Rachel is thankful for the opportunity to work alongside her husband and the rest of the C3 staff.  She is excited to see what God has in store for C3!
