MOVE is a 5-day summer event designed for high school students to know Jesus better, deepen their relationships, and be sent out to do Kingdom Work.
C3 Youth Purposes for MOVE
With Jesus | To challenge students to take the next step in their walk with Jesus.
In Community | To create community and healthy relationships within the church.
On Mission | To propel students to take their faith home and live it out.
Pricing for MOVE: $540 / Student
Students must register, pay a $200 deposit, complete the C3 Youth Sunday Volunteer Form (by Monday, March 9th), and serve on C3 Youth Sunday, March 29th to receive the lowest possible price of $540. Price includes transportation, conference, lodging, extended rec, and meals while at the conference. Students are responsible for meals while traveling to and from the conference (approximately 5 meals).
If all of the above requirements have not been met, an additional $200 late fee will be added to the price ($740 total cost)

1. REGISTRATION AND DEPOSIT - $200
Due Monday, March 9th
If you do not already have a C3 Account, select “C3 Registration” and follow the prompts to create a new account.
Confirm your account through your email, then re-visit the “C3 Registration” button here.
There is a new option for setting up automatic payments. Select your frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, etc…), start date, amount to pay today, and number of payments. The amount of the automatic payments will be calculated to ensure that payments will be completed by the May 25th deadline.
2. C3 YOUTH SUNDAY VOLUNTEER SIGNUP
Due Monday, March 9th
3. CIY MOVE FORM
Due Wednesday, April 15th
4. RAFTING WAIVER
Due Wednesday, April 15th
5. COMPLETE PAYMENT
All payments due by Monday, May 25th.
Pay Online (you must have already registered and paid your $200 deposit to pay additional payments online; log in to your C3 Account and look for "Recent Registrations" tab; select “MOVE 2026”)
If you do not make the final payment and complete all of the forms by May 25th, there will be an additional late fee of $75.

Sunday, June 28th
After 2nd Service - Parent meeting & luggage drop off
Saturday, June 29th
5:00 am - All students meet at C3 for check-in
5:30 am - Depart for MOVE
Monday, June 29th
11:00 am (EST) - Arrive in Cleveland, TN
Thursday, July 2nd
10:45 am (EST) - Leaving campus for White Water Rafting
Friday, July 3rd
11:45 am (EST) - Leave from Cleveland, TN
9:00 pm - Return to C3 no later than 9:00 pm
Saturday, July 4th
8:00 am (EST) - Leave from Cleveland, TN
9:00 pm - Return to C3 no later than 9:00 pm
PAY ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS
Click on the button below and log in to your C3 Account. Look for the “Recent Registrations” tab and select “MOVE 2026.” All payments are due by Monday, May 25th.
THINGS TO BRING:
Bible/Pen/Notebook
Toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothbrush, towel, etc.
Clothes for 7 days, Sunday-Saturday

Jacket or hoodie for cool evenings (Didn’t need this last time unless you are cold inside)
Swimming Suit. (Please wear modest swimwear. No bikinis or swim briefs will be allowed.) *You will want this for Rafting on Thursday!
Shoes for Rafting! You cannot wear any loose shoes (i.e. flip flops) but you need to have shoes on. Water shoes, Chacos, Tevas, other sandals that will strap to your feet all work, or you can wear an old pair of tennis shoes.
C3 Youth CIY Shirt (Pick up at departure!)
Sleeping Bag/Blankets/Sheets/Pillow (Mattresses are provided on campus)
Money for 5 Meals. (All of these meals will have fast food options and take place during travel time and extended recreation on Thursday)
Extra money for Merchandise at MOVE or other shopping (items can be purchased online through their virtual store).
THINGS NOT TO BRING:
Tobacco, Alcohol, Vape, Fireworks, paintball/airsoft guns, weapons, game consoles
DRESS UP NIGHTS: (not mandatory, but encouraged each evening)
