Josh Sargent

IT Director

Josh is the IT Manager at C3, originally from Carl Junction, Missouri. He joined the C3 staff in 2016 after volunteering for five years, bringing a deep understanding of the church’s mission and community.

In his role, Josh oversees the technology that keeps ministry running smoothly. He’s passionate about helping each ministry use technology to reach, connect with, and serve people effectively. Whether it’s ensuring systems run seamlessly on a Sunday morning or supporting new digital initiatives, Josh works to make sure technology strengthens ministry rather than complicates it.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his daughter, Hannah, and his boxer, Banjo. He’s an outdoorsman who loves kayaking, fishing, hunting, and trapping. When he’s not out exploring, he enjoys reading and relaxing by a campfire. On Sundays, you’ll most likely catch him behind the scenes, quietly keeping things running or heading off to fix an issue before anyone even notices there’s one.
