Simon Wells

Creative Arts Leader

Simon is a Creative Arts Leader at C3. Originally from Rolla, Missouri, Simon joined the C3 staff in August 2026 after serving on the worship team since September 2025. Before coming to C3, he served as a worship intern at Greentree Christian Church in Rolla during high school. He is currently a junior at Ozark Christian College, pursuing a Bachelor's in Christian Ministry, and expects to graduate in 2028.

At C3, Simon is part of both the worship and tech teams, where he schedules and manages the tech teams and makes sure every screen tells the right story on Sunday. He leads the Wednesday night tech teams and supports the Sunday morning teams. Since creative arts ministry touches every age group across the church, his work reaches the whole congregation. Discipleship is one of his biggest passions, and he hopes that through his ministry, the volunteers he serves alongside will be formed into greater Christlikeness.

Outside of ministry, Simon loves music, woodworking, and board games with friends. He gets very excited about the references to the Bible in The Lord of the Rings, and he is always willing to talk about it with anyone.  On Sundays, you can usually find Simon in the tech booth, behind a camera, up in Station 4.19, or sitting with the rest of the OCC crowd when he's not serving.
